    DIAMOND C
    ENGINEERED BEAM TECHNOLOGY

The Engineered Beam Gooseneck from Diamond C is in a class by itself – No other gooseneck trailer on the market today is engineered and designed to this level of quality and precision. What is an Engineered Beam? This concept has been proven for years, and continues to be the only standard for semi-trailer manufacturers world-wide. The Diamond C Trailer is the first and only one in the medium-duty trailer market, to implement this same cutting edge technology into a gooseneck trailer. The first thing you will notice is the slight arch in the trailer frame.  When loaded, this allows the trailer frame to flex, but never sag like traditional I-beam frame goosenecks. The Engineered Beam from Diamond C Trailers is fabricated from scratch in-house, allowing them complete control over beam size, configurations, and even weights.  The beam’s web is cut and shaped before the continuous, one piece flanges are welded onto the top and bottom of the web, creating the Engineered Beam.  The neck of the trailer is also a one piece, fabricated design, with curves to distribute force throughout the neck with no concentration of stress in the corners like traditional I-beam goosenecks.

    ENGINEERED BEAM
    TECHNOLOGY

With in-house designed and built I-beams, there is infinite control over the shape of the beams. This allows them to optimize the performance of the steel by putting it to work where it is most needed. No dead weight. No added reinforcements needed. Diamond C beams are the tallest and strongest in gooseneck trailers, with the best strength-to-weight ratios on the road!

    Engineered Neck

Curves distribute force throughout the neck so there is no concentration of stress in the corners like traditional goosenecks.

    The Box

The toolbox is big and roomy. The lid is curved for added rigidity and gas spring assisted for easy operation. Simply pull the latch, and the lid raises on its own!

    The STEPS

The retractable front deck steps solve the common issue of traditional front deck steps being bent in low clearance situations. The mid-deck side turn signal step makes for easy access when equipment is loaded.

    THE MAX RAMPS

The two point ramp hinges are concealed and protected inside of the ramp bodies, not exposed on the bumper like most. The hinges transfer the force of the load into the knees of the ramps to prevent the back of the trailer from sagging and the ramps from kicking up when loading heavy equipment. For safe, stable loading. These ramps are incredibly easy to operate, and can be done with one hand with ease!

    THE 12' HYDRAULIC DOVETAIL

12’ long with easy to climb, 12.5 degree approach angle. Blackwood rubber-infused runners for traction. Automatic latch for easy operation. Simply press the button, and the dovetail automatically unlocks and lowers. And a wireless remote is standard!
